When creating an account with Bet Fugu, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details will cause issues during identity verification and may result in your account being suspended.
- Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
- It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. Bet Fugu will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
- Selling, transferring, or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
- As part of the KYC (identity verification) process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID or passport. Failure to do so will delay the withdrawal process.
- The email address and phone number provided during registration will be used for all communications. To update your details, please contact support.
If multiple accounts are detected, all associated balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and future registration may be permanently banned.

Deposit Rules:
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).

Important Bonus Rules:
- If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

All games on Bet Fugu use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system, audited by independent third-party firms. This means every outcome is entirely random and never predetermined.

- If a technical error causes an incorrect game result, that round will be declared void and all stakes will be refunded.
- If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the outcome will be determined based on the server's records.
- In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. However, in the event of a technical issue, management will conduct a review.
Sports Betting: Official results from the relevant sports governing body are used to determine outcomes. If a match or event is cancelled, all bets will be refunded.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bet Fugu platform. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance:
- Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play.
- Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illicit funds.
- Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information.

- Cheating or harassing other members.

- If the account holder is found to be underage.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 24 months).
Before Closing Your Account: You will have the opportunity to withdraw your valid balance in full; however, balances may be forfeited in cases involving prohibited activities.
